Exchange & Return Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer exchanges and returns within 14 days from the date the order is received, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and free from any damage.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must remain attached to the product.
- Used products or items showing signs of wear, perfume odors, stains, or other evidence of use cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The purchase invoice or order number must be provided to complete the exchange or return process.
- In case of a return, only the value of the product will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges or returns unless the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- Underwear and personal-use items cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos showing the issue.
- All returned products will be inspected before final approval of the exchange or return request.
